I am a very passionate L&D professional. I started my career in the IT sector then moved into corporate L&D. I’ve specialized in e-learning in the past but I’m experienced in all facets of L&D, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Organisational Development. 3. Deb, my dream is to live in England, as I did briefly in the 80’s while I was in college. Specifically, Cornwall!

    Congratulations on the new blog!

  4. Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your visit and comment! England is definitely on my list..just a small trip from Spain 😉
    Have a good week !

  5. Deb,

I found you via Jane Hart. You and I have similar personal and career experiences and goals.

I lived in Spain during my senior year of my B.A. degree (I have my M.A., too).

And, I am an ING Direct customer. I “love” the writing style used in all communications we’ve received.

    Nice to meet you!

  9. Dear Debora, I’m a CCK08 course mate..
First of all, I apologize for bothering you…
As I announced on the CCK08 course wiki, I would like to conduct a research on the wide range of tools used during the course, how/for what they have been used and their relations with the users outcomes.
I’m now trying to gather data from the CCK08 attendees and so, if you (also partially) attended the CCK08 course and …have some time :-), would you please take the survey posted here (http://www.lte-unifi.net/phpsurveyor/index.php?sid=5)?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards.

  11. Hi Debora,

Let me introduce my self first, I’m an analyst at a business information firm (www.adkit.com), currently conducting a research regarding the impact of the economic slowdown on training and L&D in the banking industry.

  15. Hi Debora,

What a great blog! We have been trying to get people in the industry down in South Africa to get together and combined “Think tank” sessions but just never seems to take traction!

What a great site, would love be part of the community!

  16. Thanks Dylan – i’m keen to hear more about 3d technology for learning !

  20. Greetings Deb,

I want to know if you accept articles from guest writers on e-bites?

My interest is to contribute informative, well-written posts that relate to the topics covered on your site.

I’d be interested in learning if you have established guest posting guidelines or if you would be interested in receiving compensation
to review and publish an article that I write specifically for your site. We can discuss the detail of being compensated to publish an article in more detail if you are interested.

To give you an idea of my writing style and quality, I’d happy to send you over a link to one of my published articles.

Thanks for considering this request and I hope to hear back shortly.
