e-learning strategy – the year ahead

Things change quite quickly in my workplace – one of the things the L&D team are looking at is boosting our capabilities in the e-learning space. I mentioned a few posts ago that we purchased Lectora, this is part of our e-learning strategy.
Below is an edited presentation that outlines where we are heading with our e-learning plans. We have a lot of work to do but the possibilities are huge and the benefits for the business exciting!
So Lectora training is in a week’s time – we’re also about to launch a diversity initiative that has an associated website. At the moment it’s just a one pager created in our Red Dot system. My plan is to hopefully secure a Sharepoint subweb and use podcasts and blogs as a means of interacting with our employees in AU. Fingers crossed – I’ll keep you updated.
